Directions: Use 2-3 times a week on face, neck and body, or just those areas that are in need of special attention. Avoid eye area.
For the face: Apply a small amount to the palm of hands, moisten with water then gently, in an upward circular movement, lather for 2 to 3 minutes. Rinse well with warm water. Towel dry.
For the Body: Apply in the shower for all over cleansing, using upward circular movement for 2 to 3 minutes. Rinse well with warm water to remove.  Towel Dry.
